Introduce the ability to preview attachments in webmail before downloading them

Hi,
I find it frustrating to have to download and save to disk any attached document or PDF before being able to see them.
I travel a lot and check my emails from different devices and sometimes from public computers so it
is not convenient to have to download documents and PDF in order to consult them.
I also find it useful to see the document before saving it to my disk as it allows me to name the file properly.
I wonder if others feel the same way and if this feature could be added.

This functionality is already available in SmarterMail.
You can preview attachments like documents and PDFs without downloading them by using our Document Collaboration feature, which integrates with OnlyOffice and Collabora.

An Office file preview in webmail was working in 2025 Its not anymore. Our clients can only create OnlyOffice documens from webmail or download an office file. The error if you try to preview is "Sorry, editor could not be loaded. Please contact your administrator."
Is there a fix? Thanks.

Would you be able to open a ticket with support to investigate this?
