cancel appointment from outlook

We have a problem cancelling appointments with outlook 2007 or 2010 or 2013.
If appointment is created from a smartphone android or ios , when you cancel the appointment from outlook nothing happen. If you modify appointment from outlook and then you cancel appointment all goes fine.
