It appears that the only thing you add to a Mailing List is a person's email address.  Since many mail systems ding you in their spam ranking if you don't include a Display Name as part of the email address, is there any way to add that?  Maybe a new feature in SM16?  I know I can create a Subscriber Field but I don't see any way to use that for emails sent to/from the list.
