If you set your GreyListing to only delay for 1 minute, see the settings in my antispam documet, see: https://portal.chicagonettech.com/kb/a171/smartermail-antispam-settings-document.aspx, You'll still take advantage of the very powerful tool that GreyListing provides, and minimize the delay in receiving from "unknown" recipients. A new version will be pushed out in a couple of weeks, so check back often.

Hi Bruce
there is a way to get a report of all the emails we end up in greylisting. I want to see email addresses not the number of email

Thanks
Antonio

I believe there was a post, addressing that issue, in the SmarterMail forums - within the last month. Something about a portion of one of the XML files, but your question might be better asked of a SmarterTools employee. As an FYI, I have also suggested that the "current IDS blocks" be converted from a memory based file, to a separate XML file, so they are not lost with every SmarterMail service restart or server reboot. We have customers who acumulate 200 to 300 entries in those blocks, only to loose them when maintenance, which requires a reboot of the server is required, wipes the temporary file out. SmarterMail has already acknowledged that this is a "great idea," and, I believe, it is in the developer's "suggested items bin" for inclusion in either a minor of 15.X or 16.X, when released.
