You can use the same license on 2 servers simultaneously for 30 days without issue. We actually built this in for just these types of scenarios: transitioning servers, changing hosting providers, etc. Therefore, it's no problem. If it will take longer than 30 days they just need to let our sales or licensing teams know and we can manage the licensing conflict on our end.
