Cyren is having issues again...

ow do we get notified when its broken and when its fixed again, its not acceotable that a service is down fo so long.

Whether they realize it or not, they are still having intermittent problems.

I've had to restart SM several times over the last few days (and once again this morning) to get Cyren working.

I wish somebody would "man up" and take responsibility for this. At least give us an idea of what the exact issue is and when we can expect it to be resolved.

"It could be DNS issues" and "disable the Cyren service" are not acceptable answers for a pay-to-play service.

And I wish they would at least send out an email to notify us.

Does anyone have any alternatives to Cyren? Its not cheap and its not reliable. Security is only as good when it works - when it lets stuff through it becomes useless.
