How to get times display in 24 hour format

We're using SmarterMail 14.2 and I have a user who uses webmail and wants to display the times for their email, and in their calendar in 24 hour format.
  • The Server where SmarterMail is installed has it's time format in 24 hours
  • The PC the user is running has it's time set to use 24 hour format
  • I can't find a setting in Chrome so assume it uses the PC setting
  • I can't find a setting in SmarterMail anywhere
Anyone know how to do this for the SmarterMail 14.2 webmail system?
