Can I require my users to use a specified IP address when originating SMTP messages?

I want to permit user accounts to originate SMTP messages, but only when they originate from a specific IP address.
My server has a unique IP address and hosts a web app.  This web app originates SMTP messages through SmarterMail user accounts.  I want to block SMTP messages through these SmarterMail user accounts if they originate from any other IP address.
