More information about Content Filter

In the documentation have an information that after a Content Filter has triggered another can't do that.

But, I'd like to know about the content filter in domain level and user level.
For example: I have a content filter for such mailbox at Domain Level and another in User Level. After the Domain Level has done the User Level content it's skipped?

I've seen another email server that has a checkbox next to a rule that allows checking of other filters - the checkbox allows continuing on to the next filter.  If un-checked (the default) it stops checking further and just executes the current rule (if the condition / conditions are met for that rule).
That would be a nice thing to have in SM.
