Hi,

 

I'm using Outlook 2016 on a Mac with the Exchange connector but it does not download emails automatically - I have to manually send/receive.  I read a comment in a thread that suggests that this is a known issue, is that true?  And is there a work around?

 

BTW, the only way I have found to synchronise my Outlook calendar with my iPhone is via EWS so switching to IMAP is not really an option for me (unless there is a work around for that?)
