New condition in events to distinguish created ticket by POP or Portal

Proposed
It would be useful in the event, create a condition to distinguish when the ticket is created by Portal / Interface and when it comes to the POP email system.
Also in the events, it would be best that you could choose multiple conditions using the operators OR and AND
