I can create a domain using the svcDomainAdmin service, and then create users for that domain using svcUserAdmin. But when I try to log into one of those users, a dialog pops up asking "Please take a moment to configure a few important settings.", asking for the Time Zone, Country and Postal Code (optional).

 

I see a setting in SetRequestedUserSettings for time zone, but I don't find one for country or postal code. I don't really care about postal code - since it is optional. But is there any way to set the country so the user doesn't have to do it the first time they log in?
