Email > Templates --> By brand

Hi there,

I have 3 brands and I try to create 3 different kind of support platform but I see some limitations inner the master templates who are not by brand supported but by instance.

So tell me if I'm wrong, but I didn't have the possibility to have a different survey by brand or to have a different e-mail template by brand.

That make all of my setup rules and configuration really unusable if I can't have different survey or master templates by brand.

Do you think it can make sense for the future ?

Hello ST, almost two years later and no updates for this feature. I would like to call your attention that without the ability to edit the Master Template by brand, the SmarterTrack multi-brand feature is almos useless.

Hello @Webplusidc I agree with you, we have stop the multi-branding because it's "too tricky" with the actual features :-( Hopefully ST fix that soon.
