Hello all!
 
We`re trying to send and email to a domain and most times it works properly, but sometimes an email would get stuck in the spool until it fails eventually.
 
In Delivery log (detailed), we`re getting:

This does not seem to occur with other email servers, just one. What we know they are different from most, is the fact that they employ BATV - other than that we did not find any difference. However, most of the time we can send them email..
 
Did any of you see something like this? Does anyone have any idea why this would be happening?
 
We`re running SmarterMail v14.5.5871 on Windows Server 2012R2.
