Mail Migration issue in 14.x of AD users

Dear All
 
We have a client which earlier mailing system was ZIMBRA now he has shifted to SM.
We have successfully integrated with ad and listed all the users.
few of the user demanding their old mails so for that if I am trying to use SM inbuilt feature to migrate mail from ZIMBRA its not being communicate.
 
Client Zimbra server is accessible on IMAP TLS even both mail server is in LAN.
I have done with third party from the same server but SM mail migration tool is not working.
 
Kindly suggest if any one have any idea.

Is it not able to connect or is it failing to authenticate the user?

Dear Matt,
 
Server is reachable on 143 port but not able to authenticate.
from same server we are able to connect and authenticate from any mail client.
But neither Mailbox Migration tool nor Imap Message Retrieval is working.

That port is accessible correct? Is ZIMBRA also running on this port?
