About From Email Id in Auto Reports

Hi,
 
I have setup Abuse detection rules on Smarter Mail professional and auto email reports on smarter mail enterprise 12 on another server but problem is that both servers send it with out a from address
 
In my Gmail account they appear as (Unknown Sender) and delivering to SPAM folder
 
Can you please advise how can I fix this and setup the auto email as auto@hostname.com format? where can I set this up
