Save Details When Sending Canned Reply From Event

Under Consideration
When creating an event that sends a canned reply to the customer, the reply itself is not stored in the conversation. The history doesn't even show that a message was sent. Would be nice if it did so there is an easier understanding of the conversation as a whole.
 
The history should show that a message was sent and the conversation should retain a copy of it.
