This is a feature that is in SmarterMail 15, it will reside in the same area that you use to customize the login display. But currently you are not able to customize the favicon in SmarterMail 14.

why not replacing the favicon in the web root with yours? I did that years ago.

This is the only solution, right now. Simply go to
C:\Program Files (x86)\SmarterTools\SmarterMail\MRS\
(or your location equivalent)
Replace the favicon.ico with yours.

Hi,

I've customized the favicon in the super admin panel but in SM15 release notes it says:

Added: System administrators and domains can now upload a favicon icon to use for webmail

How can we customize the favicon by domain? I tried loggin as a domain admin but there's no "Login Display" tab in the genreal settings. Did I misunderstand what you meant in the release notes? Isn't it possible to set a different favicon for each domain?

Make sure the system admin has granted the "Login Display Customization" in the Features tab for a domain. Otherwise that tab will not be visible.
