Hi

I am running into a problem, its been happening off and on for a while, where the left pane will not change to reflect the area i am in. I have not been able to figure out what the problem is to replicate the issue either.

 

For instance:

As an email account user, i am viewing email. I click settings to update my signature, and the right pane changes, but the list of folders and mailboxes on the left does not change to the settings menu, it still shows email folders. if i click to calendars, it dissapears, but clicking back to email  then settings, the mailboxes pane still shows.

 

This just happened to me logged in as the smartermail admin too.  I logged in and can see a list of the domains, but when i click on "manage" to go to impersonate, the manage menu is not there to even see the option to impersonate, it is still showing the domain list. clicking reports, settings or securtiy does not change it either.

 

This is firefox 42, i have seen this on firefox 35 on another computer too. 

Currently using SM 14.4, it has happened since 14.1 that i am aware of.

 

Clearing cookies and restarting firefox does not resolve the problem.

We use Windows Steady State on our computers that reset the computer back to a default image every time we reboot. rebooting the computer is the only way i can get the left pane to work again.
