Feature Request: Log Auto-assignments

We often have agents calling another agent when they get a ticket transferred from them asking why the first agent sent it to them.  If the sending agent transferred the ticket to "Auto-Assign", there is no indication to the recipient that it was done randomly as opposed to directly.  Please consider adding a note in the ticket's history description that indicates whether the ticket was transferred directly to an agent or was done randomly by ST.

It does this already, I think? It specifies if the system did the transfer it would say "[Internal System]". If an agent initiated the transfer, it would say the agent name "antonio.king" in the HISTORY tab.
Maybe I'm mistaken by this or am not understanding what it is you're seeking.
