Reports Date Range Filtering (Using "Set Dates")

I don't know if this is a actually bug or a visual bug...we don't have enough long-term data in our database to verify, however...
 
When running a report, we click on the "Set Dates" menu button and select "Last Year". We expect to see 1/1/2015 - 12/31/2015 (1 Year Range). Instead we see 1/1/2014 - 12/31/2015 (2 Year Range).
 
P.S. Why is the custom date range selection ability disabled in "Custom Reports"? We really would like to be able to set a date range outside of the given ones under the "Set Dates" menu item.

The bug for the "Last Year" time range will be fixed in the next SmarterTrack 11 Build. Thank you for the report.
 
I am also changing this to a Proposed Idea for tracking purposes for the custom date picker in custom reports.
