SURBL Changes for 2016

The Antispam Checks using URIBL:SURBL (multi.surbl.org) will be seeing changes at the beginning of 2016.

The SURBL WS (SA Blacklist) is fully deprecated (bit lookup 127.0.0.2)
The SURBL SC (SpamCop Web) will be deprecated on 1 May 2016 (bit lookup 127.0.0.4)
The SURBL AB (Abuse Buster) will be deprecated on 1 May 2016 (bit lookup 127.0.0.32)

If you have these URIBL Antispam Checks enabled in Smartermail you should remove them and replace them with the following:

SURBL ABUSE (bit lookup 127.0.0.64). This check combines the SC, AB, WS and JP lists into one.
SURBL CRACKED (bit lookup 127.0.0.128). This check looks for URIs to compromised websites.

More information on these changes can be found at http://www.surbl.org/news/internal/New-ABUSE-sublist-SC-AB-deprecated

Thanks for posting this, Scarab.  I'll include these changes in the next update to my antispam document.
