auto-clean inbox

Can anyone tell me if auto-clean of inbox does sub-folders?  Also is anyone else see that the auto-clean is not working?

auto-clean does appear to be working for the folders that are configured.  I just need to know if smartermail will clean sub-folders.

Sub-folders are not cleaned.
