I'd like to connect to my SM Calendar in Outlook through iCal - how to do this?

We're on:

SmarterMail Enterprise Edition

Version 14.4.5801

And we'd like to connect to a SM calendar using iCal inside of the Outlook client.

In Outlook we try adding a new Internet Calendar Subscription using:

location: https://mail.DOMAIN.com/WebDAV

then... username and password for the given SM user

and we can't seem to connect to the calendar in Outlook. Any ideas?

I think part of the problem is we need to point to the specific *.ics file in the Location address.

So maybe the location has to be something like: https://mail.DOMAIN.com/WebDAV/basic.ics ??

Have you tried "Add to Outlook" Action on the Calendar?

It's not necessarily possible to connect via ICS.

The Add to Outlook tool works, yea. We'll go with that.

As we understand ICS connection is not supported through Outlook, correct?

No, I don't believe Outlook does WebDAV either without any external addons.
