Creating a new ticket by passing parameters to a SmarterTrack form

Hi, I would like to be able to pass parameters to the /Main/frmNewTicket.aspx page (new ticket) in order to prefill the name and email input fields. From the code I found at this location (http://intrapsyc.com/st-st/Main/frmNewTicket.aspx) I assume it is not possible.
Are there workarounds?

Hello,
The only way to change custom fields right now would be through the external providers see the Ticket section in:
http://help.smartertools.com/SmarterTrack/v11/Default.aspx?qq=%2fsmartertrack%2fv11%2ftopics%2fsettings%2fsystemsettings%2ftools%2fexternalproviders.aspx
