Around 2pm MST, we were alerted to a downed node hosted at our DataCenter, which caused connectivity issues with our core systems and hosted service. This node came back online within about 10 minutes - before our IT Department could fully diagnose the cause. This leads us to believe the problem was on our data provider's end with their dual feed internet service. Though we believe the issue to be resolved, we will continue to monitor this and provide any further updates as necessary.
