HIgh CPU usage for mail service after 14.3 upgrade

After upgrading the latest version 14.3.5752, my server CPU usage on mailservice.exe is always high "above 50%"
to compare with my previous CPU of version 14.2 is below 10%
Please advise. Thanks.

You'll want to open a support ticket so they can access your server and investigate
