Cannot change any account password since upgrade

Since last update to version 14.3.5752 is impossible to change any account password from administrator panel.
 
Changing password seems to make the changes, no error is showed, but changes aren´t applied.
 
Creating a new account doesn´t set the password you write, it create the account with empty password also impossible to change.
 
Previous version was 14.2.5711.
