Looking for somone with smarter experience to hire for setup

Hello

I am hoping to find someone who is knowledgeable and technically qualified to setup for my business. We are a small company closing our brick and mortar location and going to use this program to manage our (4) websites and customer service.

Project: Setup users, chat, portals, and mail in smartertrack hosted

Basic prechat/postchat and faq setup.

help with chat images and whos' on setup and ad bells and whistles to ensure we are starting on the right foot. We have been using the free hosted version trial and arent totally lame but we need to cut some corners with the learning curve and get online with this ASAP
