Is this utility functional anymore? Running on Win7 Professional, service installs successfully and is running. No errors recorded in the Event Viewer. However when running the application and attempting to "Manage URLs", I get the following error:

"There was an error communicating with the SmarterPing Service. Please ensure that the service is currently running."

So ... I am back with this utility again. I honestly don't remember how, but I got the utility to work on Win7 ...

Now the problem is Windows 10 ... it doesn't work at all. The service, after installing, refuses to run. Without the service running, the application won't function.

Can anyone look into this?
