Using typekit fonts for branding Smartertrack

Hello,
 
Is there a way to use typekit fonts to change the overall look of the Smartertrack branding?
In order to get it work i need to either include two lines of javascript or use the Typkit Kit ID.
 
Where do I have to include this?
