We have emails from people not getting through our SmarterMail 14.x email server. I have been told that our spam filters are bouncing the email. I tried looking through the "Delivery" logs and can't find the email addresses in there. I did a test email from a free email account, and it too was blocked but I can't find in the logs which filter is causing this issue.
How do you get the logs to see which email server is blocking/bouncing emails?
