Cannot change TicketNumber with API

The SetTicketProperties function docs say it can be used to change the TicketNumber attribute of a ticket, but this has no effect. The function returns success (Result is 1 and ResultCode is 0), but the ticket number is not changed.
We can change other ticket properties, so the function seems to work OK otherwise. Has anyone been able to change the TicketNumber of a ticket with this function?

It seems the documentation for 'SetTicketProperties' was copied and pasted from 'GetTicketProperties' and was never modified. SmarterTrack does not currently have functionality to change the TicketNumber of a ticket. The documentation has been corrected for future SmarterTrack versions.
