emails does not deliver to user's inbox

In some cases emails does not deliver to user's inbox, somtimes they're CC. the main recipient get the email but others may not.
I have  SmarterMail Enterprise 11.7 which was upgraded from  SmarterMail Enterprise 10.
does anybody knows what's wrong ?

Hi Mahdi.  Make sure your Delivery logs are set to detailed in Settings >> Log Settings >> 'Log Detail Levels' tab.
Now search the delivery log for that delivery.  The session [#####] should show the results of all delivery attempts, including CC'd addresses.  I hope this helps.
