I appreciate that, but I don't understand how you identify it as a "feature".  The system allows me to specify a block duration, but is unable to honor that.  That's a bug that needs fixing, not a feature.  I keep expecting to see it in a minor, since you have known about the bug for months, but now it's relegated to a "feature" list.  Please change this to a bug report, for accuracy.
