I thought that if I put yyyy.com in the SMTP block list.. that I would block emails from that smtp server.
So to be clear, yyy.com domain is sending email on behalf of some at gmail.com (usually).
So if I want to put in a *.yyy.com, I assume it thinks all email from *.yyy.com, when in fact it from the email server *.yyyy.com I want to block
Unfortunately they keep getting through. I can do it by I/P address... but that they change those about once a week.
Our set up is that we have three inbound - SM Gateways. Each of the gateways has this set to block.
But it still gets through.
What am i doing wrong?
