SM 14.2.5704 huge increase of inbound DKIM failures...
Problem reported by Joe Wolf - 8/19/2015 at 7:08 PM

I wish I could give more specifics, but since our update to SM 14.2.5704 we're seeing at least a 4x increase in inbound DKIM spam filter failures.  We've had to reduce the weight on DKIM to lower the false positive rates.  Many of the messages are from Microsoft (outlook, hotmail, and the thousands or millions of Microsoft hosted domains).

Anyone else seeing this behavior?

Thanks,

Something definitely going on with SPF / DKIM on 14.25704. I just refilled a prescription online at walmartpharmacy.com and SmarterMail reports: X-SmarterMail-Spam: SpamAssassin 1 [raw: 0], SPF_PermError, DKIM_Fail

I looked at the last 10 similar messages and there were no failures.

Something going on here... I just don't have the time to track it down right now.

We've had some weirdness with DNS related (spf, dkim, dmarc, and rDNS) this past week too. No issues with dns resolution on the box, at least that we can tell. Running an nslookup or quering a prt returns correct value so we're not sure why some of the mail is going to spam.
