Does the API allow me to Get and Set Account Profile Contact Information

I would like to use the API to Set and Get Account Profile Contact Information such as Work Phone Number, job title, etc.
 
I can't seem to find this in the API list.
 
Is this possible? If so, what is the right API call?

Michael, currently you are not able to add user profile information when using the API. I have added this to our features request list. We are also in the process of exposing many more SmarterMail functions via the API.

I have requested this a number of times (the first was several years ago) and it's never made it into the feature set.  It's a shame because this this would be VERY useful to us.
