Smartertrack strips formatting

Smartertrack version 10.1: Tickets are only generated via email, users are not aware of the portal.
Issue: Almost all email is in HTML and Smartertrack strips formatting. I would like to know if this is by design or there is some settings I could adjust.
  1. Email address  cannot provide sample as account does not have permission to use hyperlinks in posts.
  2. Hyper link  is displayed as <  > cannot provide sample as  account does not have permission to use hyperlinks in posts.>
  3. Attachments are displayed as
Attachments:IMAG0265.jpg (2053 KB Unavailable), IMAG0267.jpg (2033 KB Unavailable), IMAG0268.jpg (2246 KB Unavailable)
 
You can create tickets with links and tables etc. and they go correctly, however when a reply is received on a ticket the links and tables are stripped.
E.g:

Hello Ashwin,
Inside SmarterTrack the HTML is stripped out by design. If you want to see the HTML click on the little wheel icon to the right of the message and select 'View HTML'

Hello, I do not believe there is a setting for that.
