Email All My Tickets - shouldn't be appear if the user is not logged in

for an instance, if i open the support portal and click's on Ticket button (assume i've not logged into the support portal), here it show's the link "Email All My Tickets" and then it ask's me to enter email id that the ticket's to be sent to. i've enabled "Display option to send ticket list by email in portal". But, my question here is ST should have capability of getting the logged in user information and push the tickets to the logged in user email addresses if i click on that button.

it shouldn't be displayed in the home page where no user is logged in also it shouldn't ask me to enter the email id manually.

Hello Suresh,
This is working as expected. Some companies do not allow their users to log into the portal so the 'email all my tickets' is available so that they can still get their tickets in a secure and easy way.
I do like the idea of the button automatically finding the logged in users email and pre-filling it for them as a feature though (if it doesn't already). But the ability to change the value is important. Say your a logged in user but you know you submitted another ticket with a different email address, you can simply change the email vs having to log out, navigate to the option again, and fill in the email field anytime you want a copy of tickets submitted by that second email.

Okay....
So, Please make this as an idea for feature request. if the user is logged in to the support portal make sure this "Email All my tickets" link doesn't ask me to enter any email id manually, instead if the user is not already logged into the support portal, then it should ask me to enter the email id to get his personnel tickets to that particular email id.
hope this is potential idea to any business unit with a logical and sensible input.

Hello Suresh,
This does make sense and I was already looking into it to see if it was already prefilling or not. it looks like it does not and it clearly makes sense for it to at least pre-fill the box for the users convenience. I will see what I can do!
Thank you,
-Ashley
