It's not a browser issue (using Chrome and FFox latest versions and tried both), however, it seems to be working this morning. It might have been the old mail server timing out, but I would have expected smartermail to show a progress bar or error of some kind. Considering this resolved at this time, however, on a related note, the POP option doesn't seem to work. We always have to use IMAP option. .just fyi. Thanks for your response.
