We are running 8.5.5266  Smarterststat Ent edition
We had some drive issue and secondary drive having Smarterststa Ent editin installation and smarter logs wa sreplaced.
The OS drive was intact.
So we reinstalled  8.5.5266  on new drive and later restored the configuration and smarter logs folders as well.

Since then we are facing issue where smarterstats service get  Stuck around 12 or 1 am CST daily . Restart service doesn't work and we have to kill process.

when checked  SScvc logs , it seems  to get stuck at log import of one website , whose log imports are working via FTP.
This website logs are access zip logs  and being downloaded via FTP login.

 

Also when checked Smarterstats FTP logs folder - it's is having all old zip log files . Smarterstats doesn't seem to deleting older Smarterlogs ftp logs zip files.
No other related errors could be found in smarterstats logs

 

 

We have Symantec  cloud agent , and both smarterstats logs andinstall folders are already excluded.
