Spam score issue

One of our users is receiving lots of spam emails in his inbox. I have set the spam score in such a way that the DKIM and DomainKeys failure will assign a score of 5 each. However, I can still see the scores 0 for DK_None and DKIM_None in the email headers. How to resolve this issue?
