Email field not editable in CREATE TICKET

Hi ST team,
We have retailers that open ticket for problems of their customers.
If they enter the mail address of this in the form of creation they will never know when the ticket has been answered. It would be possible to have a custom ticket portal form with the email field disabled?
The e-mail for the answer would be inherited from profile.
