From time to time the SYSTEM process performs the reading of all .grp files within the directory of the mailbox of the areas that I have in SmarterMail, whenever this occurs the disk queue up considerably making access to webmail and very slow to answer the service doors with a delay to connection. Does anyone know tell me why this occurs, and how to avoid?
