I'm no SM expert quite yet, but from my observations all messages shows incoming and outgoing mail being checked from spam. Waiting for delivery is the outbound mail spool for messages your users have sent to outside domains and those domains are having issues receiving mail. SM is keeping them in queue for redeliverly attempts.
