Move Login Display from General Settings to Personalization?

Proposed
Shouldn't the "Login Display" tab - now located in general settings - be moved to personalization?
Login display also offers personalization settings, which makes it more consistent to put that tab over there?

And please add a explanation to the recurring icon above the logo, now it's guessing what it does.
Maybe there should be a logo delete button over there too?
