Forwarding email

Answered
Can i forward email so the user will not know it is being done?  
 
Have a few employees not reading important emails and covering up for them.

You can do this by setting up a rule which automatically forwards anything sent to them to any account you like.
 
Be advised that you should only do this if you have a valid INTERNET/E-MAIL policy in place and it has been read, acknowledged, and signed by every employee, with a copy going to the employee.
 
Failure to have that in place will give the employees the right to go after you for privacy violations.
