Company Logo no transparent

I try to display a .png file with transparend background on the company logo position, but SmarterTrack (Version11) doesn't care about this transparent background. Picture will be displayed with white background.
I have no information found, which would indicate a restriction.

I had a similar problem before. It turned out that the PNG I uploaded was too big, so ST resized it. I can't remember what the size limit is, but the PNG I use now is 326px x 90px

Thank you for your help. I resized the logo to high 90px and it works now.
