We have a number of clients that would like to use Outlook 2013 instead of webmail.  However, one requirement is that they need to be able to view the 'shared resource' which we have configured for them within webmail.  So, for instance, they share a colleagues Inbox when they are away.  Other staff can then see any incoming mail within that inbox and deal with it accordingly.  However, when using ActiveSync within Outlook 2013 then shared resource is not shown within the local folders.

 

Are we missing something or does the protocol not support the shared folder resources?
